We were wondering how to find a specialist who will paint our house, repair the tap or replace the central heating system? The e-majster.pl project is a response to the market need, which makes it easier for us to find the contractor we want.

INTRO

CLIENT

Every day we operate on many levels when it comes to customer acquisition. That’s how we found Wojtek, who was looking for a proven company for a task that was very advanced in nature. It turned out that we were the only ones who took up the challenge of creating a platform that would connect contractors with clients. Today we know that we did an exemplary job, and the implemented portal turned out to be a bull’s-eye!

ABOUT THE PROJECT

CHALLENGES

At the initial stage, our main task was to create the system’s operating logic. In this case, we were helped by the UX map design, which allowed us to determine all dependencies of the system’s operation. Thanks to this, we were able to finally determine what solution would be the most efficient, knowing how extensive the database may be in the future. It was quite a challenge to prepare three working panels: contractor, client and administrators.

DELIVERY OF THE PROJECT

As we mentioned above, the first task was to create a UX map to accurately predict all user behavior and plan the selection of appropriate tools. Thanks to good cooperation and communication during several meetings, we saw the final result. Typically, in accordance with our implementation processes, the client has approved the project. Thanks to this, the design machine started.

At this point, two teams could work simultaneously: the first one was responsible for design, the second one was responsible for preparing the operating environment. Work on the UX project lasted about 2 weeks. Należy tutaj wspomnieć, że należało wykonać dwa rodzaje designu. One for a front page made in WordPress, where we used Elementor + Custom Theme for implementation. The second one was for the Strapi environment, where additionally some of the elements were implemented using Node.js and React. When we received the client’s final approval regarding the appearance of the pages and subpages, the development team started the implementation, which took 67 business days in terms of functionality.

WHAT WE ACHIEVED

Summary

Four months after the project was handed over, we know that the solutions we implemented turned out to be a hit. To date, the portal has not suffered any failure, even the slightest one, and no user has reported any major problems in the operation of the system.

RESULTS

The result was that the entire merchandise range was sold out on the very first day of the shop’s launch. Sandra and her team take care of the shop to this day and it functions in unchanged colours made by #TeamAstrone.
